No, you only need to purchase ONE medical form if you are applying for both licences as the medical report can be used for both applications. Please just make one purchase through either our firearms OR shotgun page.

Medi2cert is one of the fastest online services in the UK with a large network of GP surgery partners. If you are with one of our online surgeries, the record retrieval process takes 2-3 working days. Where we do not have a partnership with your GP surgery, we request access to your records which can then take your GP up to 28 days to fulfil. Once we receive your online application and complete medical record, we aim to issue your medical certificate within 7 working days.
